Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. 
The remaining balance is due prior to the event or project start date.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, all payments made are retained.

Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and are not guaranteed.

Additional time or services requested on-site may be subject to additional fees.
